Working in collaboration with Cardigan Theatre, these sessions explored different aspects of performing; improvisation, singing, and dance. Members of the group were not only able to learn key skills for performing, but they also engaged in playful and creative activities, which helped to build the group members’ confidence.

The sessions were held in one of the studio spaces in Theatr Mwldan, Cardigan and took place over 4 sessions during August 2023.
